It is with immense pleasure that we announce the newest addition to our team – Gareth Jackson, who has joined us as the Group Operations Director for the UK & EIRE region.
Gareth comes to us with a wealth of experience, having successfully driven the safe and effective operation of assets exceeding 1GW, including onshore and offshore wind turbines, battery storage, and solar PV. His remarkable achievements in overseeing Operations and Maintenance Agreements, Asset Management Agreements, and planning functions make him the perfect leader to guide us towards becoming the UK’s premier wind turbine O&M company.
Key Achievements:
- Managed 40+ assets worth over 1GW, with a majority divested via Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
- Coordinated a diverse leadership team covering regional, planning, facilities, operational engineering, and operational support managers.
- Led 90+ staff members across the UK with a focus on transparent inventory partnership.
Noteworthy Accomplishments:
- Oversaw onshore and offshore wind turbines, battery storage, and solar PV (including rooftop).
- Successfully navigated Operations and Maintenance Agreements (OMA) and Asset Management Agreements (AMA).
- Established a culture of empowerment, ambition, and recognition, maximising team performance in alignment with group goals and organisational vision.
